We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate technical competency, delivering mission critical Infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance and security.
The position is based in Lagos with a few trips to other states in Nigeria.
Required skills:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting (Windows 2012 Server).
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks.
- Solid experience with virtualization and containerization (VMware).
- Experience with monitoring and administrating systems.
- Solid scripting skills.
- Solid networking knowledge (051 network layers, TCP/IP).
- Experience with an ERP system (preferably Epicor).
- Corresponding to the profile certifications from Microsoft and VMWare are definitely a PLUS.
- Have a relevant professional experience of at least five (5) years in technical environments presented above.
- Have a very good command of oral and written English
