Romanspage Global - Our client, an International Microfinance Bank with strong presence in the North and rated high amongst the Microfinance banks, is currently seeking to hire young, vibrant and energetic individuals that can align their goals to that of the organisation for the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee

Location: Lagos

Main Responsibilities
Pre-Loan Disbursement:

• Promote/market client's products to perspective clients
• Visit and evaluate potential client businesses
• Analyse financial data of client businesses
• Analyse of qualitative data of client businesses and households
• Prepare loan documents for credit committee
• Present loan files to credit committee

Post-Loan Disbursement:

• Conduct monitoring visits to business and households
• Follow up on loan repayment
• Manage loan recovery
• Assess the impact of loan before renewal

Education / Experience

• HND minimum/BA,BSC (Management /Banking and Finance related courses)
• Basic knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
• No previous experience required

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
• Detail oriented
• Target oriented
• Articulate and well spoken
• High level of integrity
• Dynamic and motivated individuals who like to work outdoor.
