Job Title: Business Development Manager (Special Projects)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- To support the General Manager while assuming responsibility for the achievement of the overall business goals of the General Projects Unit.
- Accountable for the delivery of new business opportunities and new clients across varied products and service lines, varied functional areas, geographical regions and market segments.
- Responsible for revenue-generation leading to the financial sustenance of the unit by sourcing for new clients and contracts.
- A relevant first degree, MBA or its equivalent (added advantage),
- Minimum of 7 years industry experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strategic Leadership - ability to drive both short and long-term brand growth and profitability.
- Sales & Marketing - ability to convert marketing plans to sales.
- Strong Networking & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Communication and Influencing skills clear, concise, and persuasive in style.
- Energized by an entrepreneurial environment not afraid to suggest and defend good ideas. Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results.
